Refund Policy

14-day money-back guarantee

Your first purchase of any VantaxAI plan — Personal or Business — is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 14 days of that first payment, we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. Refunds are issued to your original payment method by our merchant of record and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

How to request a refund

1. Email billing@vantaxai.com (or support@vantaxai.com) from the email address on your account.
2. Include the order ID from your checkout receipt if you have it — it speeds things up, but we can find your order without it.
3. We confirm and process eligible requests within one business day.

Renewals

Monthly renewal payments after your first billing period are generally not refundable — instead, cancel anytime from your account settings and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, with no further charges. That said, if you were charged after canceling, were double-charged, or hit a billing error of any kind, contact us and we will refund the incorrect charge in full.

Service problems

If a fault on our side prevents you from using the Service for a significant part of a billing period, we will offer a pro-rated refund or credit for the affected time. And nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Our merchant of record

Purchases are processed by our merchant of record — an authorized reseller (Polar or Lemon Squeezy) named at checkout. As the seller of record, it may also review refund requests and, at its own discretion, issue refunds for purchases within 60 days, consistent with its buyer terms and card-network rules. Refunds under this policy are honored regardless of which checkout you purchased through.
