Billing terms, in plain language
- Renewal: plans renew automatically every month on your billing date until you cancel.
- Cancellation: cancel anytime yourself from your account's billing settings. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and are not charged again.
- Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of any plan. Details in the Refund Policy.
- Payments: checkout is operated by our merchant of record — an authorized reseller (such as Polar or Lemon Squeezy) named at checkout — which handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and invoices.
- Currency & tax: prices are in USD. Sales tax or VAT, where applicable, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Pricing questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
What's the difference between Personal and Business?
Personal plans are single-user. Business plans add a shared team workspace, multiple seats at a flat monthly price, and admin controls. If you work alone, choose Personal; if two or more people will use VantaxAI together, choose Business.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet — all plans are currently billed monthly. This keeps the commitment small: you can cancel any month and pay nothing further.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?
Nothing is charged automatically. If you hit your plan's usage limit, we'll tell you in the app and you can either wait for the limit to reset or upgrade to a higher plan. There are no surprise overage fees.
